Heather Scott
Chief of Staff & Office Management
An avid community volunteer and a proud city nerd; prior to joining Team Orléans South-Navan, Heather worked in the not-for-profit sector in healthcare improvement and has a passion for systems improvement and community work.
Heather manages schedules, handles office administration, triages case work, and keeps the entire team organized. She is a great first point of contact for our office.
Adam Haga
Councillor Assistant – Communications & Policy Advisor
Born and raised in the east end, Adam joins Team Orléans South-Navan after working at Ottawa Community Housing, Councillor’s Row, and in broadcasting. He enjoys learning from others and sharpening his skills in communications and public relations.
In his personal time, you can find Adam cheering on his favourite football team and staying up-to-date on the latest local news and sports.
Ethan Fink
Councillor Assistant - Caseworker and Community Relations
An eager and energetic go-getter, Ethan joins the team with a passion for helping his community and tackling casework. Ethan is a born and raised Ottawan, a proud graduate of Algonquin College, and joins our team after working with CTV News and Newstalk 580 CFRA. He’s always looking for new challenges and loves coming up with creative solutions to problems.
When he’s not assisting residents, Ethan is out taking photos (mostly of his dog), watching hockey, and playing board games; But more importantly, he loves meeting new people, so if you see him out in the community, be sure to say "hello!"
Sarah Crema
Councillor Assistant - Caseworker and Community Relations
This former Navan Fair Ambassador joins Team Orléans South-Navan with a longstanding dedication to community building. Sarah brings to the team a unique set of experiences having worked for TSN and the Ottawa REDBLACKS, as well as the fast passed tech & financial sectors in Toronto. Her creative thinking and tenacious drive will be a key asset in serving our community.
Throughout the year, Sarah can often be found at arenas in the Gloucester-Cumberland region. As a decorated ringette coach, player & official, she is passionate about helping female athletes reach their full potential! On Navan Fair weekend you are sure to see Sarah, exploring the fairgrounds with a Beavertail in hand.
